Finger Buffet: £8.50 per head

A selection of Sandwiches to include:

  • Roast Ham
  • Egg Mayonnaise and Cress

  • Cocktail sausage rolls or pizza slices

Premium Finger Buffet: £10.50 per head

A selection of sandwiches to include:

  • Prawn and Marie Rose
  • Beef and Horseradish
  • Turkey and Cranberry
  • Wensleydale and Sweet pickle

served with:

  • Vegetable Samosas with a cucumber and mint yogurt
  • Fingers of freshly baked quiche
  • Spring rolls
  • Sliced Melton Mowbray pork pie

Carved Buffet: £21.50 per head

The following cold roast joints carved by the Chef:

  • Whole poached and decorated salmon with prawns

  • Coleslaw with cashew nuts
